What is the objective of these guidelines?

The objective is to provide general recommendations at European level with the aim to increase the business with Dealers to secure and improve TMHE coverage.

What is the desired value to the business?

Provide the Dealer Managers with the basic tools to secure the standardized development and sustainable growth of the Dealer Network in the local markets following an European approach and contributing to create an European Dealer Network community with the aim to provide a Toyota level customer experience.
